Meet Camille
When Camille began her real estate investing career back in 2011, little did she know the incredible success that awaited her. With sheer determination and a unique approach, she has acquired hundreds of properties by taking over existing mortgages and getting the deeds, often with minimal or no money out of her own pocket.
As Camille delved deeper into real estate, she stumbled upon an opportunity that would change her life forever. A friend from church was facing foreclosure and struggling with her mortgage. Inspired by her newfound knowledge, Camille had a brilliant idea: she would take over her friend's loan by bringing it current and assuming the responsibility of monthly payments. In an unexpected turn of events, her friend signed over the deed, granting Camille full ownership of the property. This move not only saved her friend's credit but also marked the beginning of Camille's real estate investment journey.
Since that groundbreaking moment, Camille has steadily built an impressive portfolio of investment properties. She has mastered the art of acquiring properties, seizing opportunities, and generating wealth through real estate investing.
